Jameeka Sharpe is an educational leader, facilitator, coach, and creative entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience helping people grow. Her work sits at the intersection of learning, leadership, and creativity—supporting educators, organizations, and aspiring authors as they develop the skills, systems, and confidence needed to thrive.

Throughout her career, Jameeka has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, academic dean, and restorative practices leader. These experiences have shaped her belief that meaningful growth happens when strong relationships, intentional learning, and creative thinking come together.

Sharpe Learning & Creative Center was founded on a simple belief:

Growth happens when learning and creativity work together.

After more than twenty years in education, Jameeka witnessed the impact of strong leadership, effective systems, and meaningful relationships on student and staff success. At the same time, her passion for writing, storytelling, and creative expression revealed another truth: people need spaces where ideas can be explored, nurtured, and brought to life.

What began as a commitment to supporting educators has evolved into a broader mission—helping people learn, lead, create, and grow with purpose.

Today, Sharpe Learning & Creative Center serves educators, leaders, organizations, writers, and creatives through coaching, professional learning, restorative practices, leadership development, and creative support.
